These Terms of Service govern your use of CupidLens. By accessing or using CupidLens, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

CupidLens is a relationship and dating insight platform that offers reflection tools, structured guidance, and related account features.

You must be at least 18 years old to use CupidLens. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.

CupidLens provides informational tools, reflections, summaries, and relationship-oriented guidance. It is not therapy, legal advice, medical advice, mental health treatment, crisis support, emergency services, or a substitute for licensed professional care.

If you are experiencing an emergency or need immediate professional help, do not rely on CupidLens.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account.
• You may not use another person’s account without authorization.

You agree not to misuse CupidLens. For example, you may not:

• Use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the platform.
• Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the service beyond what is permitted by law.
• Use the service to harass, abuse, defame, stalk, or harm another person.

You may choose to enter notes, reflections, partner information, relationship history, goals, and other content into CupidLens. You keep your rights in the content you submit, but you grant CupidLens the right to host, process, store, and use that content as needed to operate the service and provide the features you request.

You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring that you have the right to provide it.

CupidLens may generate summaries, interpretations, and other output using AI and automated systems. These outputs may be useful, but they may also be incomplete, imperfect, or wrong. You are responsible for how you interpret and use any output generated by the service.

Some features of CupidLens may require a paid subscription or paid access tier. Pricing, feature access, and billing terms may be presented to you at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, paid subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled. If a subscription is canceled, paid access generally continues through the end of the current paid period and then returns to the applicable free level of access.

You may be given tools to cancel paid access, manage communications preferences, or delete your account. Because CupidLens may contain sensitive personal information, deletion requests may require re-authentication or additional confirmation.

Some limited records may be retained as reasonably necessary for legal, billing, fraud-prevention, security, or operational purposes.

CupidLens, including its software, design, branding, site content, and platform features, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as allowed by law or expressly permitted by us, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit the service or its content.

CupidLens may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, billing, analytics, email, and related infrastructure. Your use of certain third-party sign-in or payment features may also be subject to those providers’ terms and policies.

CupidLens is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or perfectly accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CupidLens and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of CupidLens and its operators for claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to CupidLens in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) $100.

We may suspend or terminate access to CupidLens if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the platform or others, or if we need to protect the service, users, or legal interests.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we may revise the effective date above and post the updated version on this page. Continued use of CupidLens after updated Terms are posted may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
