CupidLens is a relationship and dating insight platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we may share it, and the choices you have regarding your information.

By using CupidLens, you understand that you may choose to provide information about yourself, your relationships, your goals, and other personal reflections so that the product can generate insight, guidance, and account features.

• To provide the core features of CupidLens, including personalized relationship and dating insight, saved entries, and related account functionality.

• To process subscriptions, manage access levels, and provide customer support.
• To analyze product performance, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, and improve the platform.

If you sign in through a third-party provider such as Google, Facebook, or Apple, we receive basic account information from that provider in order to authenticate you and create or connect your CupidLens account.

Depending on the provider and the permissions granted, this may include your name, email address, profile image, provider account ID, or other basic identity information necessary to complete sign-in and account management.

We use this information to authenticate users, prevent duplicate accounts, support sign-in, and operate the features of CupidLens. We do not sell this information to data brokers, and we do not use Google user data for advertising resale or unrelated third-party profiling.

CupidLens may use AI and automated systems to help generate summaries, reflections, patterns, guidance, or other relationship-related output based on information you choose to enter into the service.

We use your submitted information to provide the feature you requested, help operate the product, improve reliability, and maintain the user experience. You should avoid submitting information you do not want processed for those purposes.

• With service providers and vendors who help us run CupidLens, such as hosting, authentication, billing, analytics, email, and infrastructure providers.

You may opt in to receive certain categories of email, such as product updates, goals-related content, relationship or dating content, or promotional messages. We do not send marketing email to people merely because a user entered them as a partner or relationship contact inside the product.

CupidLens is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the service.
