Data Deletion Instructions

CupidLens provides an in-app way to delete your account and associated data.

If you are able to access your account, the primary deletion path is:

• Sign in to CupidLens.
• Open the Account menu in the top navigation.
• Delete Account appears there in red text.
• Follow the deletion flow and confirmation steps shown in the product.

If you cannot sign in or cannot use the in-app deletion flow, you may request deletion by contacting:

To help us process your request accurately, please include enough information for us to identify your account.

• The email address associated with your CupidLens account.
• A short statement that you are requesting deletion of your account and stored data.
• If relevant, the sign-in method you used, such as email, Google, or Facebook.

To protect user privacy and account security, we may require re-authentication, email confirmation, or additional verification before completing a deletion request.

We will make reasonable efforts to process verified deletion requests within a commercially reasonable time.

Subject to the limits described below, deletion may include account information and user-submitted content associated with your CupidLens account, such as saved profile data, notes, reflections, goals, comparisons, and related entries.

In some cases, limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for:

• Legal compliance and recordkeeping obligations.
• Billing, payment, chargeback, or tax-related requirements.
• Fraud prevention, abuse prevention, and security purposes.
• Internal operational backups or system integrity needs for a limited period.

CupidLens may rely on third-party providers for services such as authentication, hosting, billing, analytics, and communications. Deletion of data held by those providers may be subject to their systems, retention practices, and legal obligations.
